The only time TaciVox goes online: downloading its speech engine, from our own storage in Paris. No account, no identifiers, and nothing you've recorded goes with it.

Encryption
Locked from the first second.
A recording is never saved unlocked on the phone, not even for a moment. Only your password, or your recovery code, opens it — not us, and not anyone else.

Sent on your terms
A shared transcript is a locked webpage file. On a computer, the other person opens it in any web browser and types the password you gave them separately; there's nothing to install, and it unlocks inside their browser, never on a server. On an iPhone or iPad, it opens in TaciVox. Keep a log of what you've sent, if you need one.
Works offline
One download, then offline.
TaciVox needs the internet only to download its speech engine. After that, it doesn't need a signal at all.
